CGSA created this online registration process in order to better serve the soccer community. Please read each section carefully to make sure you are registering for the right program.

Registration Tips:
1. Online payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept American Express or Discover. Registration is not considered complete until payment is made.
2. Checks can be accepted for online registration however credit card payment is preferred. Remember, registration is not complete until your check has cleared your bank.
3. Refer to the Age Group chart to ensure your player is placed in the proper group. If your player is requesting a carpool or to play up an age group, please note that in the special requests section. Also, please keep in mind only reciprocal car pools requests will be considered. Coaching and or team requests will not be considered. If requesting a girls only team, please mark this int he Special request box. We will try to accomodate as there are enough girls to make girls only teams.
4. Make sure your primary email address is listed as your 1st email (Robins AFB and Houston County BOE addresses will be bounced back, so please list a different address as the primary. Communication from coaches & the club will be sent to this address.
5. Upon completion of the on-line registration please retain your confirmation & PIN number. An email confirmation will be sent to your primary email address with this information. This will allow for easy entry into the system to edit your records or for sign-up in future seasons.
6. All players registering for the first time with CGSA must submit a copy of their birth certificate to the CGSA Office.
7. Please make sure that you update all information every season.
8. VOLUNTEERS - If you would like to volunteer AND you do not have children in the club please use the Volunteer link. If you have children that play with CGSA and want to volunteer, you should volunteer during your child’s registration process.
Other Information:
REFUNDS – All refunds will be granted using CGSA’s Refund Policy. Parents must request a refund in writing to CGSA by letter mailed to:P.O. Box 8002, Warner Robins, GA 31095or by email to: officeadmin@cgsaclub.com.

The payment plan will consist of three payments (Jan 31, Feb 29, Mar 15) . The payments must be paid in full or the player card will be held and a service fee of $50 will be assessed after the final payment is due. All payments must be current on the plan to play in a tournament that occurs before the final payment is due.
